League NotesDETAILS:
Officiated Status: This is a self-officiated league.
Game Length: All games are approximately 55 minutes in length.
Format: Compete with your team against others, playing a different sport each week.
Sports: Volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, tchoukball, handball, benchball soccer, kingscourt, floor hockey and others.
Our expectation is for fun to be the priority for all our members.

Monday: 10 games, no playoffs. No games on Family Day weekend or March Break.

Location Notes
Games will be played at Silverheights Public School.
Other locations may be used in the event of gym availability/cancellations.
